Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our Sales Manager and team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating organized price lists. A strong proficiency in MS Office tools is essential to ensure smooth office operations and efficient support for sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present detailed proposals for clients and internal use
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Manager
Manage and organize the Sales Manager’s calendar
Create and maintain clear, organized price lists and related documentation
Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prepare professional proposals and documents
Good communication skills in English; Arabic skills are a plus
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of local business practices in Saudi Arabia is advantageous
