Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Cum Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and office operations for our multinational company with branches in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The role involves handling front-office activities, coordinating with internal departments, managing documents, and ensuring smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Admin / Office Assistant or similar role
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle correspondence, filing, and document control
• Basic knowledge of office administration and coordination
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in multinational or GCC companies is a plus
