Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical duties, maintain office supplies, and provide support to staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle filing, data entry, and document management.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Manage office supplies inventory and restock as needed.
Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing appointments.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Support team members with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
