Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and manage the front desk professionally.
Answer and forward phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor logs and handle daily reception tasks.
Coordinate office activities and support all departments.
Manage office supplies, documents, and filing systems.
Organize meeting rooms, schedules, and basic admin tasks.
Handle courier, mail, and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

Graduate or relevant diploma.
1–3 years’ experience in reception or office coordination.
Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Organised, presentable, and able to multitask.
