Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Accounts Assistant cum Office Secretary to join our team.
Requirements:
Experience in accounting and office administration.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and day-to-day office operations.
Basic accounting knowledge, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and record keeping.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
