We are looking for a smart, professional, and well-organized Female Office Secretary/Receptionist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and emails
Welcome visitors and clients
Manage office files and documents
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Support daily administrative activities

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Previous experience is preferred
