A reputed restaurant group in Bahrain is looking to hire an experienced Operation Manager to oversee and manage multiple outlets.

Requirements:

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in restaurant operations

Must be currently available in Bahrain

Strong knowledge of the Bahrain F&B market

Proven experience in handling multi-unit operations

Ability to manage and supervise operations of 8 outlets

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across 8 outlets

Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction

Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies

Control operational costs and improve profitability

Lead and guide outlet managers and teams

Location: Bahrain

Salary: BD 800 – BD 1000 (depending on experience)
