We are hiring Operational Supervisor for our upcoming project in Jubail.

Salary details are as per below...
Basic Salary: 3000-4000
Iqama must be transferrable

Job Role:

Operational Support:

Manage, motivate and instruct all operations personnel in daily activities to ensure that high productivity is achieved. Ensure that this is done with due regards to economic utilization of equipment and labor

Ensure safe working conditions are kept. Ensure all equipment failures, breakdowns and problems are communicated to maintenance and operations management.

Focal point for all operations activities during the shift, it is your responsibility to drive the process and build momentum during the shift

Ensure that SOPs are followed, Provide training and education to supervisors. Provide work planning for the shift. Manage personnel in Operations Execution group to ensure all positions are filled and functioning as per SOP’s.

Ensure that Supervisors manage their staff efficiently and aware of goals set. Manage team to ensure deadlines are met, and to communicate with required parties when change of plan is necessary

Provide regular process control checks and initiate and support performance improvement activities. Ensure vendors acting in accordance with agreed procedures / contracts and safety procedures for terminal are adhere to.

Set and maintain performance criteria for reporting personnel in concert with the management and perform periodical performance revue with reporting personnel.

Prepare a Shift Change Report at the end of the shift for the Next shift and for review during the Daily Operations meeting

Minimum Qualification:
Graduate Degree in Logistics or equivalent

Minimum Experience:
6 years experience in operations supervision of a reputed organization in the logistics

Other requirement:

Self motivated, self starter with intrinsic drive.
Able to work under pressure and deliver results in time.
Proficient in Time Management Techniques.
Excellent computer skills especially in MSOffice Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral/written communication & Presentation skills.
Team player with ability to plan, organize, motivate others.
Advanced professional level expertise Understanding the company’s business thoroughly.
Ability to work with all levels of teams.
Proficiency in safety standards and regulations for the workplace.
