Description
A fast-paced technical team is hiring a multi-skilled coordinator to manage operations, administration, inventory, and secretarial tasks with precision and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Handle documentation, data entry, and workflow tracking (Odoo & Excel)
Coordinate purchasing and inventory updates with suppliers
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team logistics
Prepare reports and maintain organized records
Act as point of contact for internal and external correspondence
Requirements:
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multi-role tasks with clarity and accountability
Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented
