Description

We are currently hiring an Operations Coordinator to support and manage daily operational activities for our contracting and equipment rental business in Saudi Arabia.

The candidate should have prior experience in the Kingdom and possess strong computer and coordination skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email, Data Entry)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate site and office operations
• Must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities between site and office
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Ensure timely execution of operational requirements
