We are looking for an experienced Operations & Equipment Coordinator to support our crane rental and equipment operations across Saudi Arabia.

The role will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of equipment and operators to construction and infrastructure project sites, ensuring smooth transportation, delivery, mobilization, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the mobilization, transportation, delivery, and movement of cranes and heavy equipment between company locations and project sites.
Coordinate and manage crane operators and operational manpower, including deployment, schedules, attendance, and site requirements.
Liaise with customers, project sites, transporters, operators, and internal teams to ensure timely equipment and operator deployment.
Monitor equipment availability, utilization, location, movement, and rental schedules.
Coordinate equipment delivery, collection, transfer, and demobilization from project sites.
Arrange transportation and suitable vehicles/trailers for equipment movement based on site requirements.
Maintain accurate records of equipment movement, operator assignments, rental status, delivery/collection, and related documentation.
Follow up on equipment mobilization schedules and resolve operational issues or delays.
Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams regarding equipment availability and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable Saudi regulations.
Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management regarding equipment and operator deployment.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in operations coordination, preferably within heavy equipment rental, crane rental, construction equipment, or a similar business.
Proven experience in equipment movement, mobilization, transportation, and delivery coordination.
Experience coordinating heavy equipment and crane operators is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of equipment rental operations and construction/project site requirements.
Strong coordination and communication skills with customers, operators, transporters, and internal teams.
Good organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple equipment movements and site requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in crane rental companies, heavy equipment rental companies, construction equipment suppliers, or equipment logistics operations will be strongly preferred.
