We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of a new heavy equipment rental company, specializing in cranes, based in Dammam. The company will serve major clients such as Aramco and leading industrial contractors in the Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full setup and operational launch of the crane rental business.
• Develop strong client relationships and build a commercial pipeline.
• Oversee equipment procurement, contracts, logistics, and field operations.
• Manage technical and administrative teams.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, driving results and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the crane or heavy equipment rental industry.
• Strong network within the Eastern Province, especially with Aramco or major contractors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making ability.
• Previous experience in launching or managing similar ventures is a plus.
