Lead and manage daily operations across all outlets
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
Optimize operational efficiency and cost control
Implement and monitor compliance with health & safety regulations
Train, motivate, and develop the team to meet business goals
Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
