Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our spice production and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including purchasing, production, quality control, and logistics.

Lead the setup and commissioning of a new production facility, including equipment selection, layout planning, and team recruitment.

Develop and implement operational systems and procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Manage supplier relationships and sourcing of raw materials and packaging.

Build, train, and supervise a small operations team as the business grows.

Work closely with ownership on budgets, targets, and expansion strategies.

Provide regular performance reports and operational insights to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in food production, preferably within the spices, seasonings, or dry goods sector.

Proven experience in factory setup, operations management, and team leadership.

Strong understanding of quality assurance and food safety standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).

Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
