We are seeking a highly qualified Operations Manager to supervise and manage 5-6 F&B locations including Fine Dining Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Ice Cream Concept, Burger Restaurant, Lebanese Restaurant, and Indian Restaurant
• Location: Najran City
• Salary: 6,000 – 8,000 SAR
• Availability: Immediate
• Accommodation: Must be willing to live in Najran

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of all assigned outlets.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff.
• Manage schedules, attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Monitor financial performance: sales, cost control, wastage, P&L.
• Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Supervise purchasing, receiving, inventory and stock control.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Support marketing activities and menu launches.
• Provide weekly operational reports to ownership/CEO.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in F&B operations or multi-outlet management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in fine dining, café, and QSR concepts preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of cost control and inventory systems.
• Available to join immediately and relocate to Najran.
