Description
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee supermarket operations across the region.
The ideal candidate must have strong managerial skills in retail, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to ensure smooth operations across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of all supermarket branches.
Ensure SOP compliance, hygiene, and Baladiya standards.
Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
Control inventory, prevent stock losses, and ensure proper merchandising.
Lead and supervise Store Managers and staff.
Resolve escalated customer and operational issues.
Prepare operational reports and support new store openings.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a supermarket/hypermarket.
Strong knowledge of store operations, SOP implementation, merchandising & retail KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field.
Proficient in MS Office and retail systems.
Must know the following languages: Arabic, English, Urdu/Hindi, Malayalam.
