THE ROLE:

We are looking for a General, not a secretary.
Al Lord Contracting is a specialized Technical Service Provider (Termite Radar & Structural Protection). We need a strong Operations Manager to take full control of our field team, fleet, and daily logistics.
Your Mission: Ensure 100% On-Time Job Completion, Zero Technician Excuses, and Perfect Fleet Maintenance.

​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

​Team Discipline: Manage technicians and drivers. You handle attendance, uniforms, behavior, and penalties. You are the direct authority figure.
​Fleet Logistics: Ensure all vehicles are serviced, clean, and routed efficiently.
​Schedule Control: Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure technicians arrive on time.
​Reporting: Submit a single "Weekly Executive Report" to the Owner every Thursday (Revenue, Issues, HR).
​HR & Government: Handle visa renewals (with PRO), leave schedules, and labor compliance.

​REQUIREMENTS (Strict):

​Experience: Minimum 5-8 Years in Bahrain/GCC managing Field Teams (Pest Control, Facility Management, or Construction).
​Personality: Strict, organized, and able to command respect from the team.
​Language: Fluent English & Hindi/Urdu is mandatory. (Arabic is a plus).
​Knowledge: Deep understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and LMRA procedures.
​Tech: Proficient in Excel, Email, and CRM/Scheduling software (Odoo experience is a bonus).
​License: Valid Bahrain Driving License.

​Salary: Competitive Package (450-600 BHD) based on experience.
