We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and oversee the complete factory operations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or related field
* **8–15 years of experience in plastic manufacturing/factory operations
* Strong experience in production planning and factory management
* Experience with plastic manufacturing processes and machinery
* Knowledge of injection molding / extrusion / plastic production is preferred
* Strong knowledge of quality control, HSE, maintenance, and production efficiency
* Experience in managing production teams and manpower
* Ability to monitor KPIs, production targets, costs, waste, and machine utilization
* Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
* Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred
