Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Hydraulics, Maintenance & Repair, fabrication and Chroming Division.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in hydraulic cylinder repair, industrial maintenance, hard chroming operations, workshop management, manpower planning, quality control, and customer coordination.
Requirements:
Over 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong leadership and workshop management skills.
Experience in hydraulics, maintenance & repair services, and chroming operations.
Ability to manage operations, improve productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction.
