Job Description:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all maritime activities.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize daily operations related to maritime logistics and services.
• Supervise and lead operational teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Report to senior management with regular updates on operations and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maritime management software is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
