Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Payroll Coordinator to join our Recruitment Operations team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment, visa, workforce, documentation, and operational processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate medical examinations, fitness reports, Iqama processing, and documentation for new arrivals.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and housing teams, including candidate photo exchange and CRM verification.
• Handle Musaned contracts, Wakala payments, cancellations, and maintain accurate payment trackers.
• Manage Enjaz/MOFA processes, including visa delegations, cancellations, and visa reports.
• Coordinate visa blocks, delegations, endorsements, flight plans, and arrival records.
• Arrange transportation for new arrivals, vacation departures/returns, and final exits.
• Maintain recruitment records, archive documentation, and coordinate Iqama-related paperwork.
• Coordinate ATM card issuance, cancellation, and distribution, particularly through Al Rajhi Bank.
• Manage GAMCA appointments, payments, and tracking records.
• Support housing teams with worker cases involving medical, pregnancy, healthcare, refusal, and absconding, including correspondence with overseas recruitment agencies.
• Process job orders for Uganda, Ethiopia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Nepal.
• Ensure all operational records, trackers, and CRM information are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or workforce operations.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Oracle experience is a must.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Enjaz (MOFA), Musaned, and Muqeem is a must.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Previous experience with a Human Resources/recruitment company in Saudi Arabia is a must.
