We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist with solid hands-on experience in Freight Forwarding and Ocean Shipping, preferably with direct experience in Ro-Ro vehicle shipments.

Mandatory Requirements

The candidate must have practical experience in the following:

Freight Forwarding Operations
Ocean Shipping / Sea Freight
Shipping Line Platforms & Systems
Vessel Booking & Booking Confirmation
Bill of Lading / Sea Waybill
Export Documentation
Shipping Instructions (SI)
Manifest Preparation & Submission
Container / Vehicle Shipment Coordination
Ro-Ro Shipments and Vehicle Logistics
Coordination with Shipping Lines, Port Operators, Customs Brokers and Customers
Monitoring vessel schedules, cut-off dates and rollovers
Handling operational issues and shipment delays
Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant operational experience in a Freight Forwarding company is required.

Candidates without direct Freight Forwarding / Ocean Shipping experience will not be considered.

Candidates with only warehouse, transportation, courier, or general logistics experience are not suitable for this position.

Exporting vehicles from Saudi Arabia
Jeddah Islamic Port

Customs / FASAH procedures
BL / SWBL processing
