Job description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive sales of kitchen and homeware items.
Drive sales of HORECA items for corporate clients.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify customer needs kitchen and homeware items and HORECA solutions.
Promote kitchen and homeware items and HORECA solutions to businesses, understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Network within the industry to increase brand visibility.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Identify and establish contact with potential customers
Schedule and present products with potential customers daily
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts

Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
Generate and submit sales reports to management
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in Outdoor Sales/Van Sales and Merchandising is a must.
Candidate must have worked as outdoor sales executive handling hotels, restaurants, cafes and others in Bahrain with good relationship with purchase team or owners.
Must be fluent in English (reading + writing + speaking)
Arabic is an advantages
Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to interact with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with strong sales drive.
Valid Bahrain driving license.
