Proven experience in sourcing and hiring international candidates across various industries.
Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment processes, visa procedures, and international labor regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms is preferred.
