Job Summary:

Right Printing Press Est. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a solid background in commercial printing and packaging. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, job costing, inventory tracking (paper, ink, plates, consumables), accounts payable/receivable, VAT compliance (ZATCA), and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Costing & Estimation: Calculate and analyze production costs per job (raw materials, machine run time, labor, wastage, and finishing).

General Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.

Inventory & Stock Accounting: Monitor inventory movements, track raw material stock levels (paper boards, inks, plates, foils), and conduct periodic physical inventory audits.

Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate tax invoices, manage customer credit limits, and handle timely collections.

Tax & Compliance: Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns in compliance with Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing standards.

Payroll & Overtime: Process monthly staff payroll, calculate overtime, leave settlements, and end-of-service benefits.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and expense variance analysis for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing, packaging, or printing press environment.

Regional Experience: Prior Gulf / Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.

Software Skills: Proficiency in standard accounting/ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations and ZATCA e-invoicing.

Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a major advantage.
