Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Patrolling Supervisor to oversee our security operations and lead our team of security personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises through effective leadership, monitoring, and proactive patrolling. You will implement security protocols, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate records to foster a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise, manage, and coordinate the daily duties of all security guards and patrolling staff.
• Conduct regular, scheduled, and random security checks and patrols across the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV and alarms, and respond promptly and effectively to any security breaches or incidents.
• Implement and enforce company security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Train security staff on established security protocols, emergency response procedures, and conflict management techniques.
• Investigate all security-related incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions, preparing detailed reports and daily security logs for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to address specific security concerns and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure all team members follow company and safety regulations, reporting maintenance needs as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma is needed and GTS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Patrolling, Security management role
• Valid Bahraini Driving License
• Can speak, read and write English.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Physical fitness and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods are required.
