Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and organize daily and weekly schedules (meetings, events, medical appointments).

Coordinate and arrange meetings (confirming appointments, sending invitations, preparing summaries, and taking notes).

Coordinate and book hotels, restaurants, and travel when needed.

Monitor correspondence and respond to official emails and messages.

Oversee the registration and attendance of training courses and follow up on their dates.

Organize electronic files and archives.

Prepare periodic reports on completed tasks and activities.

Perform various administrative and research tasks to support workflow.

Required Qualifications:

Should be FEMALE Filipino

Previous experience in secretarial work or as a personal assistant.

Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.

High level of skill in organization and time management.

Proficiency in the English language
