Description

We are seeking a qualified female Personal Assistant to join our team immediately. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Morocco with the CEO to establish a new branch of our Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO in renting an office and setting up operations
• Obtain necessary trade licenses and permits
• Hire, train, and manage operations personnel to run the business
• Support in administrative and operational tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva (preferred)
• Strong Google research skills
• Ability to develop website content, including text, images, and videos
• Prepare website policies and guidelines

Other Requirements:

• Languages: English (speaking, writing, and reading) is mandatory
• Salary: To be discussed during the interview
