Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and highly motivated Personal Secretary to support the Chairman with day-to-day administrative, business development, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, excellent networking abilities, and proven experience working in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Compile and maintain a database of companies in Saudi Arabia and establish professional contacts.
2. Prepare business presentations related to new opportunities in Saudi Arabia and arrange visits to relevant companies, locations, and ministries.
3. Create a list of international manpower supply companies, establish communication channels, and schedule business meetings.
4. Drive company representatives to meetings and events; must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
5. Research and maintain a list of exhibitions in Saudi Arabia, attend events as the company’s representative, and provide detailed reports.
6. Manage the Chairman’s daily task list, ensuring all assignments are completed on time.
7. Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, in writing and verbally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Male candidate, aged between 30–40 years.
• Indian or Bangladeshi nationality.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and physical stamina.
• Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory.
