About the Role Blackgold Training Institute is looking for a creative, dynamic, and detail-oriented Photographer & Videographer to capture our professional training programs, corporate events, state-of-the-art facilities, and promotional campaigns. If you have an eye for visual storytelling and professional media production, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Media Production: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of institute training sessions, workshops, corporate events, and lab/industrial simulations.

Post-Production: Edit, color-grade, and retouch photos and videos for multi-channel marketing, including social media, website portfolios, and digital advertisements.
Content Creation: Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content highlighting student testimonials, training overviews, and institute milestones.

Equipment Management: Maintain, manage, and safely operate professional camera, lighting, audio, and stabilization gear.Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual assets reflect our professional corporate identity and premium aesthetic standards.Collaboration:

Coordinate closely with the administrative and marketing teams to plan visual content shoots ahead of scheduled institute events.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven professional experience as a Photographer, Videographer, or Multimedia Content Creator (corporate or training institute background is a strong advantage).

Technical Skills:Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems, lighting kits, and external audio gear.Expert-level skills in post-production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools).

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional videography, video editing, and photography skills.Communication: Good command of English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).

Professional Traits: Creative mindset, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently or coordinate with large groups.
