Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret piping layouts, drawings, and basic technical instructions.
Measure, mark, cut, and prepare pipes according to required dimensions.
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, and related components.
Align piping sections accurately before welding, bolting, or joining.
Perform pipe threading, grooving, bending, and fitting as required.
Install supports, brackets, and hangers for piping systems.
Assist welders and other trades during pipe installation activities.
Inspect completed pipe connections for proper alignment and installation.
Identify leaks, damaged fittings, or installation problems and report them to the supervisor.ng environment.
