Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on-site.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Plan material needs and coordinate deliveries.
Ensure work is performed according to local plumbing codes and company standards.
Monitor project progress and maintain schedules.
Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or Lead Plumber.
Valid plumbing license or certification (as per local regulations).
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and procedures.
Ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license.
