About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Logistics Coordinator (Indian Nationality) to manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, inventory control, and logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure timely sourcing, purchasing, transportation, and delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor records.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

Logistics & Supply Chain

Coordinate local and international shipments and imports.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment.
Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain procurement and logistics records in ERP systems.
Prepare reports on purchasing activities, inventory levels, and logistics performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and Saudi regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of Saudi import/export regulations and customs procedures is preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle,or similar).
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Cost control and budget monitoring.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
