DSCC Contracting Co. is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer specializing in FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and Fit-Out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities for FFE and Fit-Out projects.

Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.

Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.

Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Follow up on material availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with project, site, and design teams regarding procurement requirements.

Ensure materials meet the required quality and project specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience in procurement for FFE & Fit-Out projects.

Strong knowledge of construction and interior finishing materials.

Good supplier network and negotiation skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is preferred.
