A marble factory announces its need to hire an experienced Production Manager to fully oversee production operations within the factory and ensure the highest levels of quality and operational efficiency.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Managing and organizing daily production operations within the factory
Supervising marble production lines (cutting, shaping, polishing, finishing)
Preparing production plans and monitoring their implementation
Improving operational efficiency and reducing waste and costs
Ensuring the application of quality standards and occupational safety
Managing the workforce, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance
Coordinating with other departments (sales, maintenance, warehouses)

Conditions and Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in marble factories
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position
Knowledge of marble manufacturing processes and the equipment used
High leadership and organizational skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions
