Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Support project planning and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
Supervise HR and administrative functions.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee timesheets.
Coordinate employee mobilization and demobilization.
Assist with payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience
3–7 years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, project coordination, or administration.
Experience in the EPC, industrial, or construction sector will be an advantage.
