A leading company is hiring an experienced and organized Project Engineer to coordinate engineering activities, monitor project progress, supervise site work, and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day engineering and project activities.
Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Identify technical issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and commissioning activities.
Monitor project schedules and follow up on pending activities.
Assist with material submissions, technical submittals, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Attend project meetings and provide technical updates.
Coordinate with different engineering disciplines to resolve site issues.
Assist with project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
Previous experience as a Project Engineer or similar role is preferred.
Good knowledge of engineering and construction procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD or relevant engineering software is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site and under project deadlines.
