We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with strong MEP and Building background to lead and deliver large-scale projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all phases of project execution with emphasis on MEP systems and building works

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality procedures

Conduct progress meetings and provide regular project reports to management and stakeholders

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or overruns

Provide leadership and mentorship to project and site teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

15+ years of proven experience in project management with strong MEP and Building project background

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects

Strong knowledge of Saudi market standards, codes, and practices

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Arab nationals are preferred

Immediate availability is an advantage
