Arkan Al-Afdal Contracting Company is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and execute our prestigious building maintenance and rehabilitation project for the National Water Company (NWC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all project phases (planning, execution, delivery) for NWC building rehab.
• Manage budget, schedule, and resources to meet project goals.
• Serve as main contact for NWC, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
• Lead on-site team, ensuring strict quality, safety, and NWC standards are met.
• Supervise subcontractors and resolve any technical or operational issues.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 7-10 years in building rehabilitation/refurbishment projects.
• Experience with NWC or similar government projects is essential.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), and team management.
• In-depth knowledge of KSA HSE and building codes.
• PMP certification is a plus.
