- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience exclusively in building construction projects.
- Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and site execution.
- Familiarity with Saudi standards, regulations, and local market conditions.
- Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients effectively.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.
- Experience in contract administration and project documentation.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
