We're looking for a Project Supervisor to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia!

In this role, you'll be responsible for the planning, management, and supervision of our housekeeping staff, ensuring top-tier service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure and is ready to be a key player in our operations.

What you'll do:

Manage and supervise housekeeping staff in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Develop and implement effective cleaning and service plans.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest/client satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance, provide training, and conduct evaluations.
Handle operational challenges and implement solutions efficiently.
Be available on call as per operational needs and work pressure.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 year of experience in project supervision within the housekeeping or facilities management field in Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience in managing, planning, and supervising housekeepers.
Excellent English communication skills.
Current resident of Jubail city, KSA.
Must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driver's license and own a car.
Ability to withstand work pressure and be on call as required by operational demands.
