Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be developing and implementing effective property management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and minimize vacancies.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and property maintenance.
- You will conduct regular property inspections, coordinate repairs and capital improvements, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Financial acumen is essential, as you will be responsible for budget preparation, financial reporting, and managing property-related expenses to achieve profitability targets.
- You will also play a crucial role in tenant acquisition, including marketing vacant units, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with all local and national housing laws and regulations is a non-negotiable aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in property management
- With at least 7-10 years of experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are paramount.
- Must be adept at handling tenant disputes, emergency situations, and managing a team of property staff.
- Detail-oriented with strong understanding of the local realestatemarket.
