Description
We are urgently seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tenant relations, supervising maintenance activities, ensuring legal compliance, and maximizing property profitability.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Property Manager
Strong knowledge of property management software and MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and time management abilities
Sound understanding of landlord-tenant laws and leasing regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field (preferred)
