Description
We are seeking an experienced SENIOR PRO (PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER)
SAUDI NATIONAL ONLY.
Manage all government relations and regulatory compliance for our contracting operations in Saudi Arabia, including major client projects with Saudi Aramco and SABIC.
8–12 years of experience as PRO / GRO in Saudi Arabia, preferably within contracting, construction, or Oil & Gas sectors.
Lead all government relations activities and act as the primary liaison with Saudi authorities (Jawazat, MOL/Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
Proven experience handling Saudi Aramco documentation and access requirements.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and compliance frameworks.
Leadership experience managing PRO teams and coordinating with HR/Projects.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Valid KSA driving license.
