We are currently hiring an experienced Pump Assembly Supervisor for a long-term project in the Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate MUST have extensive hands-on experience in the assembly, overhaul, maintenance, and testing of industrial pumps from at least one of the following OEM manufacturers:

Grundfos
Flowserve
KSB Group
ITT Goulds Pumps
Ebara Corporation

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the assembly, disassembly, repair, and overhaul of centrifugal and process pumps.
Lead workshop technicians and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to OEM standards.
Review engineering drawings, OEM manuals, and assembly procedures.
Verify critical clearances, tolerances, bearing installation, shaft alignment, impeller settings, and mechanical seal installation.
Coordinate hydrostatic and performance testing of pumps.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements, API standards, and Saudi Aramco specifications where applicable.
Plan daily workshop activities and monitor productivity.
Prepare job reports and maintain assembly documentation.
Enforce HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology.
Minimum 8 years of experience in pump assembly and overhaul.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pump Assembly Supervisor.
Proven experience with one or more of the following OEMs:
Grundfos
Flowserve
KSB
ITT Goulds
Ebara
Strong knowledge of:
API 610 Pumps
Centrifugal Pumps
Mechanical Seals
Bearings
Couplings
Laser Alignment
Precision Measuring Instruments
Ability to read engineering drawings and OEM manuals.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power industries is preferred.
