Role Overview;

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchase Officer to oversee procurement operations for our wholesale foodstuff, cold storage, and plastic materials divisions in Dammam. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, streamline supply chain workflows, and ensure timely stock availability across our operations.

Key Responsibilities;
Oversee procurement activities for wholesale foodstuff, cold store items, and plastic packaging products.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and payment terms.

Monitor stock levels, track inventory turn rates, and manage reorder levels in coordination with warehouse management.

Issue purchase orders (POs), review contracts, and manage vendor delivery schedules to avoid stockouts.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, monitor price trends, and generate periodic procurement reports.

Ensure compliance with local Saudi regulations, quality standards, and cold chain parameters.

Candidate Requirements;
Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 2 to 3 years of direct procurement/purchasing experience within Saudi Arabia (KSA experience in foodstuff, cold storage, or plastics is strongly preferred).

Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities, vendor management skills, and proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.

Status: Valid, transferable Iqama preferred for immediate local onboarding.
