We’re Hiring a QA/QC Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience working as a QA/QC Manager in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Mandatory experience in Saudi Aramco EPC projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SAEP, SATIP, SAIC).
• Proven leadership experience supervising QA/QC teams and inspection activities.
• Strong background in mechanical, piping, welding, fabrication, hydrotesting, and commissioning quality control.
• Experience in preparing Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to manage NCRs, CARs, PARs and ensure timely closure.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Aramco inspectors, construction teams, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs, and project-specific QA/QC procedures in accordance with Saudi Aramco EPC requirements.
• Lead and manage all QA/QC activities and supervise QC inspectors and document controllers.
• Review and approve Method Statements, Material Submittals, WPS/PQR/WPQs, and all quality-related documents.
• Coordinate daily inspection activities with Saudi Aramco inspectors and ensure timely inspection approvals.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Aramco standards.
• Manage NCRs and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Monitor subcontractors’ quality performance and ensure full compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all documentation for material traceability, weld records, test packages, and final dossiers is maintained properly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for management and client review.
• Ensure all project activities meet required safety and quality standards.
