We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA/QC Manager with a strong background in Valves manufacturing, quality management systems, and Saudi Aramco specifications. The successful candidate will lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function and drive continuous improvement across all quality processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the QA/QC department and staff, ensuring effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco specifications and standards, particularly related to materials, testing, documentation, and product quality.
* Oversee and monitor all QA/QC activities across the cable tray manufacturing process.
* Act as ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, conducting internal audits, managing corrective actions, and ensuring continuous improvement of the QMS.
* Lead the planning and execution of Management Review Meetings (MRMs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and business objectives.
* Develop and implement the company’s Quality Policy and Quality Objectives in alignment with strategic business goals.
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality requirements for Saudi Aramco projects are fully understood and met.
* Manage customer complaints and non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring root cause analysis and timely corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
* Establish, review, and control all QA/QC documentation including ITPs, method statements, inspection checklists, and quality records.
* Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
* Liaise with third-party inspection agencies, certification bodies, and client quality representatives.
* Train and develop quality personnel to enhance skills and knowledge across the department.
* Drive a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
* Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in a quality management role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Valves.
* API Q1 experience & Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (mandatory)
* ⁠Knowledge in implementation of ISO 14001 & 45001.
* Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
