Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QC/QA Laboratory Technician to join our team in the metal fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in mechanical or industrial disciplines, with hands-on experience in quality control processes within metal manufacturing environments, preferably in door production and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality control inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Monitor and ensure compliance with specifications related to cutting, forming, welding, painting, and assembly processes.
Conduct laboratory tests and maintain accurate records of results and inspections.
Identify non-conformities and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain QC/QA documentation, reports, and records.
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Develop, review, and update procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
Lead and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Metal Industries, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Production, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality control/assurance within metal industries.
Preferably experienced in door manufacturing and fabrication processes.
Technical Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes including cutting, forming, welding, painting, and assembly.
Hands-on experience in inspection tools and quality testing methods.
Solid understanding and practical experience with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Proven ability to develop and implement quality documentation and systems.
Experience in conducting internal audits and handling external audits.
Familiarity with CAPA processes and continuous improvement practices.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
Transferable Iqama (for candidates residing in Saudi Arabia).
