Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee and ensure the quality of our services.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for valet parking, car wash, and butler services.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with the operations team to implement service improvements.
Prepare detailed quality assurance reports and present findings to management.
Organize and conduct training sessions to reinforce quality standards and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance service quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the service or hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with quality assurance tools and techniques.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
